Tempting, isn’t it.
The menu reads like a candy store, and you want all of it. So we scored every single treatment, the same way we score everything else on almi. Here’s the verdict, grouped by what each one actually does for you. Tap any treatment for the full story: both sides of the evidence, what it should cost, and a smarter route to the same goal.
Diagnostics
This is where a place like this earns its money. A real number about your body, tracked over time, tells you more than any treatment ever will, because it tells you what to do next. Start here.

Active therapies, physio and training
The unglamorous winners. Moving, getting assessed, and being coached have the most evidence behind them and the least marketing shine. If you do nothing else here, do these.

Recovery and relaxation
Most of these feel wonderful, and that counts for something real. Just don't expect them to change your biology. Enjoy them for what they are.

Energy and traditional medicine
Calming, culturally rich, and often lovely to experience. Enjoy them for the ritual and the calm, not the physiology. The evidence for the claimed mechanisms isn't there. That's not a knock. It's just where the science stands.

Medical interventions, IVs and aesthetics
Be extra careful here. The prices are highest, the marketing is boldest, and some of these carry real risk. A world-class setting doesn't make weak evidence strong.
